Garnet-red in shading with ruby reflections. An extraordinary fragrance with a clean aroma of roses, vanilla, licorice, flavors, and toasted oak. Delicate notes of absinthe. The flavor is full and exquisite, great bodied, and somber with repeating olfactory sensations. The hot note and the traces of wood mix consummately. The Barolo Cannubi arrives at its development following 6 years from the collection and can be appreciated for an incredible duration somewhere in the range of 6 and 25 years. With its incredible structure, this wine is specially adjusted to red meats, braised dishes, and games by and large. It is a perfect backup for cheeses and our regular neighborhood cooking.
