This wine is matured a half year in treated steel tanks, trailed by two months bottle maturing before discharge.

The 2016 vintage sports a rich mouthfeel with incredible surface coaxing this wine to go with an assortment of food. Young causticity and pasty minerality are the foundation of this wine, while sweet oak tannins balance the completion. A lovely nose with sweet blackberry, cherry alcohol, and internal perfumed layers of violets, licorice, vanilla, and red plum.
