Texas- The 100% rye mashbill began with elbon rye from northwest Texas accompanied by some crystal, chocolate and roasted rye, that give a rich, sweet mid palate. Notes of soft charred oak, sourdough bread, black tea and hints of cracked pepper. On the palate, creamy buttery toffee.
