Ground shipments are sent Monday through Friday.
2 Day shipments are only sent Monday through Wednesday.
Overnight shipments are only sent Monday through Thursday.
It is in the customer’s best interest that the wines should not be sitting in Fedex or UPS’ warehouses over the weekend.
We are also happy to hold packages during the summer and winter, when there is temperatures are either too hot or too cold.
Spirits are shipped only ground and local carriers, there is no tracking number that will give real time data on where the order is. Expect shipping time from 7-28 days after it leaves our warehouse.
If you order from Guzwine.com, you are representing to Guzwine.com that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery and person who signed must be at least 21 years of age. Many Customer order requests such as please leave on back porch or please leave at front door cannot be followed due to adult signature being required.

Most orders ship within 2-7 business days and arrive 3-7 days depending on delays caused by shipping channels of when you place your order. On rare circumstances, we may face a delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. Shipping of spirits will take little longer in transit.
Guzwine.com automatically provides insurance for each order placed online. This will protect our customers from any damage or lost packages during transit. You will have the option to deny the insurance , by de-selecting the box labelled shipping insurance, at the checkout process.Please note that ,this will waives all responsibility from Guzwine.com
It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery because First wine down cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the wine is not received the first time the shipper attempts delivery. This is Because the package may be held at the shipper’s facility that is not climate controlled. If no one is available to receive the package, a second attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to Guzwine.com. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.
