Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Kentucky- Amber color. Aromas and flavors of butterscotch and maple hazelnut danish with a glycerous fruity sweet medium body and a delicate roasted walnut and brown sugar finish. Rather liqueur-like in sweetness, but solidly made and mixable.

Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon is distilled in the Waco, Texas distillery’s large Forsyth pot stills before being aged in new charred oak barrels. The mash bill for this bourbon includes roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye and malted barley. Bottled at 92 proof.

This is an unfiltered straight bourbon whiskey matured a second time in Asbury Park Distilling Co.'s own oak finished gin barrels. Aged in #4 char new American oak barrels for 2 years and then 4 months in the barrels used for their barrel finished Gin, this is a highly sippable, slightly spicy, incredibly delicious bourbon. Made of Corn 60%, Rye 36% and Malted Barley 4%, there is a slight hint of botanical aromas and flavors in this bourbon that we love.
