Matches well with antipasti, rich plates of mixed greens, flame-broiled prepared vegetables, healthy soups/stews, pasta or with breaded veal, pork, and chicken with light sauces. After its malolactic maturation in little wood containers and a year in bottle grande, the absolutely unfiltered 2017 Barbera d'Alba Tre Vigne appears as delicate, quick, and rich, with decent chocolate notes around the outskirts. Astonishingly, the different packages of vines for this wine are all in the center of the esteemed Barolo nickname.
