2017 Hartford Ct Pinot Noir 750ML
- Jeb Dunnuck
- Wine Advocate
The 2017 Hartford Ct Pinot Noir is a profound, ruby-shaded wine with complex smells of blackcurrants, dark fruits, backwoods floor, and violets entwined with a flavorful flame-broiled herb subtlety. Dark fruits and kirsch flavors supplement satiny tannins and a multi-layered mouthfeel. The waiting and nuanced finish is a sign of all bottlings from this astonishing vineyard site. Medium ruby-purple hue does pirouettes out of the glass with a pretty scent of red roses, fragrant soil, lavender, and kirsch over a center of warm cranberries, mulberries and plowed soil in addition to a drift of truffles. Medium-bodied, the sense of taste is so carefully played with amazing dynamic quality and industriousness among the fine-grained tannins and downplayed subtleties.
