The goal for the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is to build complexity around the bright red berry fruit. The oak profile chosen is a sweet-spice toasty oak that matches the earthy character of Cabernet Sauvignon. This results in a wine that has a rich mid-palate, and an elegant finish with polished tannins.
