Did you know that less than 1% of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey barrels will ever be selected as single barrels? In order to be a candidate for our Uncle Nearest 1820, the whiskey must be aged a minimum of 11 years, with a cask strength above 108, and each one is hand-picked by our founders and approved by a panel of whiskey industry professionals. These barrels are exceptionally rare and the whiskey is worth the wait.
Old Forester 1870 Original Batch Bourbon 750ml
Old Forester is arguably the longest running Bourbon brand on the market today which is over 145 years old, and entwined with the giant whiskey company Brown-Forman. George Garvin Brown created Old Forester on Louisville, KY’s famous whiskey row in 1870. To honor that milestone year in bourbon history, they crafted Old Forester 1870 Original Batch, the first expression in the Old Forester Whiskey Row Series, a trio that also include 1897 Bottled-in-Bond and 1920 Prohibition Style.
Old Forester of 1870 was a composite of batches obtained from three distilleries for the purpose of crafting a consistent flavor profile that could be relied upon for Bourbon lovers. To imitate that process today, they select barrels from three warehouses, each barrel originating from a different day of production with a different age profile to contribute to the final rendering. The three sources of Old Forester whiskey are mixed together to create Old Forester 1870 Original Batch Bourbon.

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Eric Church 750ml
Wild Turkey has announced the latest release in its Master’s Keep series – Master’s Keep oloroso sherry cask
This is the fifth release in the series. Master’s Keep Bottled in Bond is a 17-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.
The bottling is only the second-ever Wild Turkey bourbon to carry the bottled-in-bond label. A bourbon with that label must be the product of one single distilling season from one distillery, aged in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof. (Thirteen years ago, Wild Turkey released its first-ever Bottled in Bond expression, named American Spirit.)
Old Forester Single Barrel Proof Barrel 750ml
"One of the few uncut, unfiltered Bourbons. Dilute with mineral water at two parts whiskey to one part water. Iced tea color. Potent, heady, spirity bouquet leaps from the glass in fiery, sweet, tangy notes; inhale in small doses. On the palate, Booker’s offers high-flying flavors of wood, smoke and wine at entry; midpalate is sweet and corny. Memorable finish has tastes of fruit and nuts. A swashbuckling Bourbon that requires a whip and a chair."

This bourbon started out as an experiment with just three bourbon barrels on Trey’s friend, Chris Fischer of OCEARCH’s ship, in a curious effort to discover what would happen if bourbon was left to weather the extreme elements: temperature fluctuations, salt air and the gentle rocking of the ship. The result was a thick, dark bourbon that showcases complex flavors reminiscent of other spirits; the almost black color and caramel flavors resemble a dark rum as the sugars within the barrels caramelized; the briny, savory taste from the barrels breathing the sea air is reminiscent of Islay Scotch; and at its core, it’s a true bourbon. Due to a massive demand from consumers, Trey has now commercialized this experiment and sent hundreds of barrels around the world.
