Villadoria Barolo Serralunga DOCG Wine Price 2015
- James Suckling
A conventional Barolo, it is garnet red with ruby features. On the button, it is exceptional, with over-blown rose, violet, and backwoods undergrowth subtleties, fruits in liquor, licorice, truffle and tobacco smells. It is a rich, offset wine with an unpredictable sense of taste, significant body, and great corrosiveness. The honorable wine second to none, it keeps on developing for at any rate 20 years after the reap. Red meat-based, braised dishes, and game, matured cheeses. Incredible with the customary dishes of the Langhe. The wine is matured for a sum of 38 months, in medium and huge estimated Slavonian oak barrels for around year and a half, and afterward the rest of the time in fiber-glass, cement, and steel tanks.
