Jack Daniel’s is known for being a well-crafted, smooth sippin’ Tennessee Whiskey. You don’t last for over 150 years if you’re not a quality product, after all. We’ve become known for something else along the way too: our iconic black and white label. But what people may not know is that the history of our label wasn’t always so black and white.

Some time before 1904 our bottles were a rather unexpected shade of green with an eye-catching gold trim. And as unusual as that may seem, it’s just one of the many labels in Old No. 7’s past. You have to be patient to make whiskey, and it seems that Jack took his time landing on the tried-and-true black label we know today. This is the first in our series of Legacy Edition Bottles. Each label we release will celebrate the unique, slightly mysterious history of Old No. 7.

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Whiskey 750ml

Created by taking Jack Daniel's standard Tennessee whisky (No. 7) and then "double barreling and double mellowing" it - meaning it enjoys an extra maturation period in maple wood before being double charcoal filtered.

A distinctive member of the Jack Daniel’s family, the Green Label bottle is either loved or hated but still always talked about. This whiskey has a smoother taste and lighter color, but while it is not nearly as popular as the Black Label brand, there is something about this bottle that collectors around the world can’t get enough of. Most likely it is the mystery of the Green Label bottle that keeps its popularity high, as there are frequent rumors of it being discontinued. Not knowing if or where one might find it next, along with the constant threat of extinction, is enough to keep anyone’s interest…

Bodegas Campillo produced this Campillo Gran Reserva 2009 a red wine from the district of Rioja with the best tempranillo grapes.

Bodegas Valdemar uses grapes from their own vineyards in Riojas Alta and Alavesa to create this cuvée of Tempranillo with 10% Graciano and 5% Garnacha. It's very much a forward style, potentially mirroring the warmth of the 2012 vintage, with zesty, flavorful, pleasantly gamey foods grown from the ground tannins. Smoky and mineral notes outline a center of fresh dark cherry and licorice in this engaging red. Energetic causticity and all around coordinated tannins give this a decent structure. Drink now through 2024. New and fruity Riojas named, Joven, (which means youthful) see insignificant maturing before discharge, however increasingly genuine Rioja wines experience various years in oak.

The 2013 Antinori Pian Delle Vigne Bruello Di Montalcino shows a brilliant ruby red color. The nose is fragile and complex with notes of ready natural products, fruits, and plums, entirely offset with vibes of dried and sugar-coated leafy foods. The sense of taste is abundant with flexible tannins and is charged by a note of lively causticity with completely draws out the serious perseverance and joy of its smells. The completion offers traces of tobacco, dull chocolate, and berry organic product. An amazingly rich and bracingly appetizing wine for incredible artfulness! This wine is great at taste and has some of the great combination of flavors and aromas that can make your taste buds tempted.
